How do I book?
Send a quote request with pickup, destination, date, time and passengers. We reply with a price and confirmation.
Is my ride confirmed when I submit the form?
No. It is a request. Confirmation comes in our reply.
Do you serve JFK, LaGuardia and Newark?
Yes, subject to confirmation for your date and flight. Share your flight number for airport trips.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is quote-based, based on trip, vehicle category, distance, time and any waiting time. Your quote states the price before travel.
What is your cancellation policy?
See the Cancellation and Refund Policy page. Cancellation terms are stated in your confirmation and are subject to owner review before publication — see PLACEHOLDERS.md.
How much luggage can I bring?
Tell us your luggage in the request. Sedans suit 2-3 bags; SUVs suit larger loads.
Do you take card payments online?
No. This website does not process card payments. Any payment method is confirmed separately by the business.
