Chauffeured transportation

SSKK Corp provides a vehicle with a professional chauffeur for the booked service type, pickup time, pickup address and drop-off address. The customer does not drive the vehicle at any time, and the chauffeur remains in control of the vehicle for the whole trip.

Pickup, meeting and waiting

Your chauffeur arrives at the agreed pickup time and place. For airport pickups, your chauffeur meets you at arrivals with a name sign at the meeting point confirmed in your booking. A grace period applies at pickup: 15 minutes for non-airport pickups and 30 minutes for airport pickups after flight arrival. Wait time beyond the grace period is billed at the hourly rate for your vehicle, as explained on the Pricing & Booking page.

Flight tracking

For airport transfers, share your flight number at booking. We track your flight and adjust your pickup for delays. If your flight is cancelled or you miss your flight, contact us as soon as possible so we can rebook your pickup, subject to availability and to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Passengers, luggage and capacity

Do not exceed the passenger and luggage capacity of your booked vehicle: luxury sedan up to 3 passengers and 2-3 bags, premium SUV up to 6 passengers and 4-6 bags, stretch limousine up to 8-10 passengers and 6-8 bags, Mercedes Sprinter limo up to 12-14 passengers and 12-14 bags. Tell us your passenger and luggage count at booking so we can send the right vehicle. Extra luggage that does not fit may require a larger vehicle, subject to availability.

Route, stops and extra hours

Your chauffeur follows the booked route and any stops agreed at booking. For hourly and as-directed service, you may direct your chauffeur during the day, within the booked hours. Extra hours beyond the booked time are billed at the same hourly rate for your vehicle, subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability. Changes to the route that add significant time or distance may be billed at the hourly rate.

Conduct, smoking and pets

Passengers must follow the chauffeur safety instructions and use seatbelts where provided. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Pets are allowed only if agreed at booking and kept in a carrier. Food and drinks are allowed where permitted by law. Alcohol may be consumed in limousines only where permitted by New York law and only by passengers of legal drinking age.

Prohibited use and safety

Illegal use, overloading beyond vehicle capacity, and any request that would require the chauffeur to break the law, including speeding or unsafe driving, are prohibited. The chauffeur may refuse, delay or end a trip for safety reasons, including unsafe passenger conduct, and in that case the booking is billed for time used and any applicable cancellation terms apply.

Damage, cleaning, tolls and fines

The customer is liable for damage caused by passengers during the trip, and for cleaning charges if a vehicle is returned smoked in, soiled, or damaged by passengers, subject to the Security Deposit & Damage Policy. Tolls, parking charges and traffic fines incurred for the booked route are billed to the customer, plus any reasonable administration fee disclosed at booking.

Payment and deposit

The security deposit is due online at booking: $3,500 for a luxury sedan and $5,000 for a premium SUV, stretch limousine or Sprinter limo. The balance, including gratuity, tolls, parking, wait time, late-night fee where applicable, and applicable NY sales tax, is due after your trip. The deposit hold is released 7 to 10 business days after your trip, subject to the checks in the Security Deposit & Damage Policy.
